If anything you order from us is ever not perfect, we'll fix it, and if you're still not happy, we'll refund your money. Period.
Shipping Policy:
*Our Tree Gifts are generally processed and shipped 1-3 days from the time of order. If you need your order shipped out asap, we recommend choosing Priority shipping.
*We offer FREE 1st class shipping for all Tree Gifts shipped anywhere in the U.S. 1st class shipping usually takes 3-10 days from the time we ship it to arrive. We offer FREE U.S.P.S. Priority 2-3 day shipping for all gifts that include a frame.
